JO NATIONAL TEAM

The JO National team competes at the junior national level and trains year-round. Divers train on both 1m and 3m to develop a list of dives that is competitive at local, state, and national levels. Divers at this level often aspire to compete collegiately.

Training: 8 hours/week (2 hours 4 days)

Cost: $xxx/month

LESSONS

Our lessons groups offer both water and dryland practices. Because so much of diving technique happens before the diver touches the water, these groups focus on board work in the gym. Each class will have a strength building warm-up and stretching to improve flexibility. Students will practice jumps, dives, and lineups off a dry board or poolside before beginning on the diving boards.

The development of balance, body awareness, and foundation skills for diving from these classes will be a fun and rewarding experience.

Training: 1 hours/week (1 hours 1 day)

Cost: $xxx/month

U-13 STATE TEAM

Our U-13 State Team is for intermediate divers under the age of 13. Divers work on developing skills and work ethic to participate in competitions at the Junior Olympic level and develop elite level practice habits. These groups participate in meets at the local and regional levels.

Training: 4 hours/week (2 hours 2 days)

Cost: $xxx/month

13+ STATE TEAM

Our 13+ State Team is for intermediate divers age 13 and older. Divers work on developing skills and work ethic to participate in competitions at the Junior Olympic level and develop elite level practice habits. These groups participate in meets at the local and regional levels.
